If necessary, we will then develop a change implementation plan to ensure full integration of culture and values at all levels, and in all geographies, of the organization.

- Can all staff consciously describe the culture and describe the values of the organization?
- Is the desired culture and its values woven into the daily fabric of the organization: visually and verbally, and acting as a moral compass in all decision-making?
